Central Monitoring System (CMS)

The NLA Act mandates the Authority to supervise gaming activities and safeguard government revenue derived from licensed operators.

The Central Monitoring System, CMS, fulfils this statutory obligation.

Approved by Board Resolution as the official oversight infrastructure of the Authority, the CMS provides:

  • Real-time monitoring of gaming transactions
  • Verification of operator turnover declarations
  • Automated calculation of regulatory levies
  • Detection of irregular or suspicious activity
  • Generation of compliance and audit reports

The CMS ensures accurate revenue reporting and supports enforcement actions where violations occur.

It reinforces the Authority’s legal duty to maintain gaming integrity and financial accountability.
