The National Lottery Authority (NLA) has officially announced an Invitation for Bid (IFB No. NLA/NCB/005/2026) for the procurement of repair and maintenance services for its fleet of vehicles.
Funded through internally generated revenue, the initiative aims to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of NLA vehicles. The bidding process will be conducted under the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures in line with the Public Procurement and Concessions Act (PPCA) and approved by the PPCC.
Eligible and qualified service providers within Liberia are invited to submit sealed bids, provided they meet the required criteria, including valid business registration, tax clearance, and PPCC vendor registration.
Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents from the Procurement Unit of the NLA for a non-refundable fee of USD 100.00, starting April 6, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM daily.
