National Lottery Authority Terminates Digital Lottery Scratch and Win Partnership Agreement with AMS1ONE Solutions Limited

Monrovia, Liberia – August 4, 2026The National Lottery Authority (NLA) has officially terminated its Digital Lottery Scratch and Win Partnership Agreement with AMS1ONE Solutions Limited, effective August 3, 2026.

The decision follows the company’s continued failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, despite previous engagements by the Authority. Prior to the termination, the NLA suspended the partnership on July 20, 2026, following the company’s failure to respond satisfactorily to a final warning issued on July 9, 2026, its failure to appear for a scheduled Show Cause Hearing, and its inability to fulfill its contractual financial obligations.

According to the termination notice signed by Director General Hon. Peter L. Solo, AMS1ONE Solutions Limited further failed to demonstrate any commitment to fulfilling its obligations under the Agreement. The Authority determined that the company’s continued inaction constituted a lack of interest and an inability to perform under the partnership, thereby necessitating its immediate termination.

The National Lottery Authority remains committed to upholding transparency, accountability, and professionalism in all its partnerships. The Authority will continue to ensure that all agreements are implemented in accordance with established contractual obligations and the laws governing the lottery sector in Liberia.
